• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation message or email.

• We kindly request guests to arrive on time; tables will be held for [15 minutes] after the reserved time.

• For groups of 10 or more, a deposit or pre-order may be required.

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee at the restaurant’s discretion.

• Orders once placed cannot be modified or cancelled after confirmation.

• The Thai Classic is not responsible for food quality if not consumed within a reasonable time after delivery.

• We accept cash and major credit/debit cards

• For telephone orders, full payment might be requested at the time of ordering.
